STREET STYLE

Layers of H&M Balmain

Lets face it we’ve all been here before, being a little girl and wanting to wear all of your favorite items at the same time even if one of those items belonged to your princess costume you wore for Halloween. Looking back it may not have been one of your greatest fashion moments to date but we all have to start somewhere right?

Well today I relived that childhood moment with a few of my H&M Balmain Collection pieces. Torn between two of my favorite pieces from the H&M Balmain Collection I could not choose just one, so I chose both. When I first laid eyes on this black bondage style mini dress I envisioned wearing it a bit differently, but chilly weather has a way of changing things.

So instead of  letting sir winter keep me from showing off my little black dress, I took advantage of the fact that it is indeed winter and with the cold weather comes the luxury of layering. While keeping my all black uniform in mind and adding a difference in texture with my J BRAND leather pant underneath my little black dress, sort of like a leather pair of stockings if u will. My classic Christian Louboutin Daffodile bootie happens to be the shoe of choice for the day. The stacked platform heel makes navigating over the cobble stone streets a breeze.

The embellished  blazer may have been one of the most sought after pieces of the H&M Balmain Collection. And like many I had my thigh high boots ready. Today I decided to wear my oversized embroidered blazer , jacket style. Draped over my bondage little black dress.
