Typically when you shop the lingerie section of any store, it’s for a more intimate occasion. Well as of lately layering lingerie pieces with everyday wear has become a very popular trend. From satin gowns, to lace corsets adding that extra pinch of “sexy” to any ensemble .

Today I wanted to add a bit of “sexy” to my relaxed look. Now when you hear the word sexy, some may associate that with the infamous “little black dress”, skirts with high splits or basically anything form-fitting . For me, being sexy varies from person to person. Who’s to say that a pair of baggy boyfriend jeans are any less sexier than a pair of fitted skinny jeans?

My Theory wide leg trousers are always one of my go to pants for many reasons. Whether wearing them with a white collared button up shirt for a more casual look or my lace corset, the wide flowy silhouette offers maximum comfortability . That is the beauty of the wide leg Trouser, or palazzo pant as my mother would call them. Whether you dress them up or down, even in warmer weather they are the “cooler” option in my opinion. By cooler I mean airy, light weight wide leg trousers allow your legs to breathe while out running errands, shopping or taking that long walk on the beach (if that’s what you’re into lol ).

Paired with my Saint Laurent teddy bomber, the satin bomber has made quite an entrance this season as well. Though this bomber isn’t from this season, the relaxed fit was perfect for layering over my lace Agent Provocateur corset. What I love most about Satin bombers, they allow you to achieve the sporty look of a varsity during spring and summer months without the leather or wool.
